Turbo Training Sessions

Turbo Sessions

Trinity Old Fields Pavillion, Tueday Evenings, 6:30pm - 8pm

Over the winter it's easier to train on static trainers than on the roads. These static trainers or 'turbo trainers' act as stands for your bike and provide varying levels of resistance, holding the back wheel off the ground allowing you to pedal against resistance without leaving the comforts of indoors. in order to clip your bike into our turbo trainers, your bike must have a quick release rear wheel so we can quickly swap the axel over to a turbo compatible one. Once clipped into a trainer, these sessions are simialr to interval spin classes.
