General Training information:

Swimming 

Tuesdays (The Leys) @ 07:00 - 08:00, spots limited (slots allocated at start of term)

Wednesdays (The Leys) @ 07:00 - 08:00, spots limited (slots allocated at start of term)

Saturdays (The Leys) @ 16:00 - 17:00, spots limited (slots allocated at start of term)

 

Cycling

Turbos (Trinity Old Fields)

Tuesdays @ 18:30 - 20:00, spots limited (sign up is sent to the mailing list)


Road Riding

Sunday Social Ride, 09:00 Start 

Saturday Faster Ride 09:00 Start 

Running

Social Run on Mondays @ 17:30, various distances offered, meet at Trinity Old Fields 

Social Run on Thursdays @ 07:30, various distances offered, meet at Jesus Green

Running session on Fridays @ 18:00-19:00, spots limited (sign up is sent to the mailing list)


Strength and Conditioning (University Sports Centre)

Wednesdays @ 17:30 - 18:30, spots limited (sign up is sent to the mailing list)

 

Important Session Details:

Swimming: you must be a CUTriC member and have been allocated a slot on the relevant day in one of our booked lanes to attend these sessions. Sessions on Tuesdays  are tri club only and will be coached by our swim captain. The Wednesday sessions are shared with CUSWPC development squad and will likely be coached. The Saturday sessions will be shared with CUMPC and will also be coached sessions. Sign up will take place at the start of term. Tuesday and Wednesday sessions are £4.25, whilst Saturday sessions will cost £6.45. If you have a slot, but cannot make a particular session, please advertise your slot on the WhatsApp group to give someone else an opportunity to swim.  If you were unfortunately not allocated a swim slot, or fewer slots than you hoped for keep a close eye on the WhatsApp group.  

Turbo Training: you must be a CUTriC member to attend this session, then you may sign up for one turbo slots on the weekly email. Each session is £1 and you will be billed at the end of term. Sessions start promptly at 18:30, allowing 15 minutes to set up

Road Cycling: you must bring a roadworthy bike, helmet, suitable clothing and puncture repair equipment
