Senior treasurer, James Gill, and Nick Saffell both competed at the middle distance event on Sunday. Despite the swim being cut short due to "arctic conditions" in the words of Nick, both performed amazingly well, with James coming in 11th with a time of 4 hours 12, and Nick finishing 67th in 4 hours 36.
